frequently asked questions

  • This is the most frequently asked question. The focus should be on you not what you wear so you will want to stay away from any busy patterns that could take away from you. Solid colors always work great and texture in clothes can work great as well. There is a changing room in the studio so you can bring several outfits to choose from. Once booked, you will get more detailed instructions on this topic.

  • You should receive your images within a week of the session. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • You will receive your images in gallery form and you will be able to download images from the gallery in High Resolution and Social Sharing size.

  • It is always best to keep make-up to a minimum to the session. You can always add more during the shoot. Professional Make-up and Hair can be an option if you need it.

  • Absolutely, yes. In today’s world a professional headshot is your first impression and it’s out there everywhere, every day for all to see. It’s you, it’s your brand. It’s what the worlds sees. A well done, high-end headshot shows you and evokes your confidence and approachability.

  • Professional headshots should be a true authentic version of you. The key is authenticity. Your headshot can have a smile, no smile, but either way it must be an authentic look… a “real” smile and/or a genuine look that is you.

  • Again, a professional headshot is your first impression and it’s what the world sees of you. You should keep your headshot current and up-to-date. You may also consider a few different looks for different purposes. I.e., LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, Resume, CV, your work or company’s site etc.

  • Remember, your professional headshot represents you, and it’s your first impression. It should be the very best version of you out there. A professional headshot is just that. A professional Headshot.
